Consultant Neuro Surgeon

Dr Sanjay Mongia is an Indian born and educated Neurosurgeon with additional advanced fellowship training in stereotactic, functional and gamma knife surgery.

He grew up in Delhi and Mumbai . His undergraduate education was at the Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi. He obtained his medical degree in 1994 with exposure to a broad range of medical and surgical specialities. Dr.Mongia completed his basic surgical training at Bangalore Medical College with wide exposure to a broad range of surgical specialities.

Neurosurgical training followed , with time spent at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. At NIMHANS, Bangalore, Dr.Mongia got wide exposure to Neuro Trauma, Neuro Endoscopy , Epilepsy Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Neuro Oncology, Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery.

• International College of Surgeons (ICS) Fellowship in Gamma Knife surgery at Na Homolce Hospital, Prague, Czech Republic.
