Consultant Anesthesiologist & Pain Management Specialist
Dr Bhavesh Sheth is a senior and experienced anaesthesiologist based in Pune, with around 20 years of experience in anaesthesia, critical care, and pain management. He combines clinical practice, academic experience (teaching), and administrative responsibilities — having served as associate professor, department head, and currently as director/consultant at a multi-speciality hospital.

Dr Bhavesh Sheth’s roles in his medical career include:

• Consultant Anesthesiologist, Critical Care & Pain Medicine — currently practising at a multi-speciality hospital in Pune. 

• He has also served in academic/teaching roles: he worked for several years (about 7 years) as Associate Professor of Anaesthesia at a medical college in Pune (Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Pimpri). 

• Earlier, he was Head of the Department of Anaesthesiology at another hospital (in Nigdi) for about 5 years, handling critical, trauma, spine & joint-replacement surgeries. 

• He currently holds a leadership/administrative role: as Director and Anesthesiologist at Sterling Multispeciality Hospital & Research Centre (or affiliated hospital) in Pradhikaran, Nigdi, Pune (serving for many years). 

• He is also reported to be Hon. Treasurer of the local branch (Society of Anaesthesiologists Pimpri Chinchwad City Branch) since 2018 — showing his involvement in professional community organizations
