Dr. P Bhaskar Rao is an experienced anaesthesiologist at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, holding the rank of Professor in the Department of Anaesthesiology & Critical Care. With his MBBS and MD in anaesthesia, he plays a key role in peri-operative care, intra-operative anaesthesia management and critical care support. He has contributed to major institutional programmes (for example in laparoscopic surgery observational courses) and participates in academic and administrative activities at the institute. His work ensures that patients undergoing surgery at AIIMS Bhubaneswar receive safe anaesthesia and monitoring, and he supports both routine and advanced surgical services.
