Dr. K. K. Ramalingam is a senior and highly experienced ENT surgeon based in Chennai with a career spanning over six decades in ear, nose, and throat care and surgery. He is the Founder and Chairman of the renowned KKR ENT Hospitals & Research Institute — one of India’s leading specialty centers for ENT treatment, research, and training.

He is globally respected for his contributions to otology (ear surgery) and is often regarded as a pioneer of modern ear surgery in India. He has played a major role in training generations of ENT surgeons through clinical work and temporal bone workshops in Chennai and beyond. 

Dr. Ramalingam has also served as an Honorary Professor and Head of the ENT Department at Madras Medical College, helping shape academic and clinical practice in the specialty across India.
