Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Rajarshi Banerjee, MDS, MOMS (RCPS, Glasgow), is a highly respected Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Kolkata, currently practicing at Manipal Hospitals in Mukundapur and Broadway. With over three decades of experience, he specializes in the surgical correction of facial deformities, facial trauma surgery, oral oncology, temporomandibular joint disorders, and dentoalveolar surgeries .
Dr. Banerjee earned his BDS from R. Ahmed Dental College, Kolkata, in 1991, and completed his MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Government Dental College, Thiruvananthapuram, in 1997. He became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (MOMS-RCPS) in 2002
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Banerjee has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the Organising Chairman of the 48th Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI) Conference in 2024 and as the Immediate Past President of the AOMSI West Bengal State Branch . He is also a faculty member for the AO Foundation Craniomaxillofacial Trauma Course
