Dr. Samar Banerjee is an experienced Diabetologist and physician in Kolkata with extensive expertise in diabetes management and internal medicine. He has a special interest in gestational diabetes and diabetes care during pregnancy and has contributed extensively to medical education and diabetes research. He is a founder member of the Diabetes in Pregnancy Study Group in India and has held leadership positions in professional medical organizations, including the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI). He has also contributed to several leading medical textbooks and international scholarly publications.
