New patients can choose between General and Private registrations.
General Patient Registration (Walk-in)
Visit ISSCC Reception (Counter 401) with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Fill out the registration form and undergo triaging.
Pay ₹250/- at MCTT cash counters.
Get your Hospital Number Card, which is mandatory for all services.
Submit your receipt at the respective OP clinic.
Reach the hospital 30 minutes before your appointment.
Revisit Note: No need to fill out the form again. Just carry your Hospital Number Card and pay ₹130/- at the counter. Private Patient Registration (Silver Gate - PPFC)
Visit the Private Patient Facility Centre (PPFC) for:
New registration
Revisit or repeat appointments
Tatkal (urgent) appointments
Bill payments for investigations and consultations
Advantage of Pre-Registration
Patients who have completed pre-registration online can skip the queue near Silver Gate (PPFC), saving valuable time and avoiding delays.

5. Make payment online
6. Get appointment confirmation

Minimum Deposit: ₹2,000/-

Ans: Rest assured that CMC continues to offer all services. All patients who need emergency or essential care will be seen. They will be admitted if necessary, depending on availability of beds.
Q: I am concerned about my long term condition (e.g. diabetes, hypertension) that needs evaluation and medicines. What should I do?
Ans: Consult a nearby doctor; get medicines from a nearby pharmacy. If your condition requires detailed evaluation, email your doctor, and if she/ he advises, book an online appointment for Tele Consultation and you will be seen.
Q: Can I take the same medicines as I am not able to come to CMC?
Ans: You could contact your treating doctor in CMC by email/ Tele Consultation for clarification regarding medicines. The email can be found on your medical report discharge summary given from CMC.
Q: I am pregnant and have been having regular antenatal checkups at CMC. What should I do?
Ans: If possible, you can come for your regular visits. Also, you can email your doctor at the department email available on the website. Your doctors will advise you on the minimum visits required. If you have any concerns, please report to the hospital even if you do not have an appointment.
